THE FOUR BASICS CORE WORKOUTS
This four week length program is designed for beginner-intermediate trainees with two fundamental objectives:
1. Enhance the pleasure and confidence that you can achieve in a stimulating variation of the four most practiced positions.
2. Strengthen the core muscles, improve joint mobility and build strength through resistance in the shoulder and pelvic girdle muscle in preparation for the next stages.

My name is Osmey Hernández, I was born in Cuba. As a person of limited means, I learned to find happiness and value hidden in the simplest things and I began to understand the significant importance of my core values, which for me include the power of developing one’s health and happiness.
I currently work as a personal and group trainer, dedicated to making my clients enjoy the process of enhancing the quality of their lives by improving their health and fitness level.
